The first level will unlock paralyzing arrows, the second will add in fire and poison arrows, and the Thats where you’ll go to upgrade it every single time that you can. As for actually upgrading it, you need to get a hold of some artifact fragments. These are gotten from goin’ through the Defensefirst — you don’t have a shield. The biggest change to the playbook from Origins to Odyssey is the lack of a shield for Kassandra or Alexios. Don’t expect to get one later on — it doesn’t happen — so you must adapt your play style accordingly, and that means preparing to be on the back foot. Defense is the best form of attack.
