I have a 2.0 TDCi 130bhp Mondeo, 2004. Engine seems to be cooling but doesnt circulate water,hence bottom part of radiator is cold, top pipe is warm. Have changed water pump and thermostat, blowing warm in the car, but not hot. Temp gauge doesnt read until doing approx 80mph on motorway, then tem Upgrade DW10C (2010.09->) 140 to 163 HP by Elmconfig & IDS. If you are the lucky owner of a 2011 (Facelift) 2.0 TDCi and also have an ELM327 and IDS/VCM interface then you can upgrade your 140 BHP to 163 BHP with Fords own FW. After reassembling I now get various errors : Code: P2714 - Pressure Control Solenoid D Performance/Stuck Off. Code: P2849 - Shift Fork A Stuck. Code: P284A - Shift Fork B Stuck. It seems to intermittently be missing 1st, 3rd and 5th gear and reverse which leads me to suspect the pressure control solenoid but I am out of ideas.

Each time I start my engine the info panel displays an "Oil Service" warning. The car had its three-year / 37,500 mile service about 3 weeks ago which I presume included appropriate oil changes. 1) It's a faulty warning caused a miscalibrated sensor (apparently this may be a known issue with Ford?) .
